My reservation was for space 55 from Thursday departing on Sunday. On Friday at 3:00 Pm I went to take a shower and they were all locked. Talking to the camp host I was told they were closed for the season despite my reservation until Sunday. The host said they needed to close them in on Friday for the end of the season on Sunday.
When I made my reservations no information was given concerning the loss of a key service like the showers two days early. When I checked in on Thursday and spoke to the camp host no mention was made of a two day early closing of the showers. This is not acceptable and I feel I am owed a refund.

This place is so beautiful and well
Worth the scenic drive. The first day we got here we were immediately greeted by the camp host by giving us a big smile. I also asked if it was okay to set up camp an hour early . He said yes and gave us directions to where i had reserved a campsite for a few days. Upon arrival, the camp site was clean and well maintained. Plus potable water was nearby. We set up camp and decided to unwind and relax for the remainder of the day. The second day a thunderstorm was brewing. And when the rain came we were treated with a lightning show. Call us crazy cuz we were hunkered down under a tarp, while everyone else was in their RVs. Yes it was cold and very wet, but it tested our mettle. On the third day, the sun emerged out of the clouds, a d thats when we went fishing and walked around the whole campground. I was greeted by deer along the way and by other campers as well. This place is really special and im so glad i had the opportunity to experience this lake. I would advise everyone, to at least come here and camp for a few days.

The location is breathtaking. Spots are close together, but it wasn't crowded middle of October.
