The toilets near the store were extremely dirty and two out of four didn't flush properly. The camping sites are a bit close together, but not too bad. The issue has been two couples who were talking loud and chopping wood until 10 PM. Yes quiet hours only start at 10 PM, but still, laughing loudly and chopping wood at night ? That's pushing it. To compare, the campground at Crater Lake had cleaner toilets that worked, and calmer people.

Great campsite with easy access to store and gas. Not far from visitors center. Close enough to the lake for water recreation. Would highly recommend.

I love this campground, but on this trip, all the bathrooms with running water and flushing toilets were locked, leaving only a few non flushing camp tpilets available for the entire campground. This was a disappointment.

- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. - Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
