The campground overall is not bad. Just every site in C loop is on a slant. Nowhere to put a tent on flat ground. They should put up tent pads. It you have an RV I am sure it’s fine. Other loops look better. Just not C loop. I’m

Great location to have access to many of the things to do and see in the park. Very clean bathrooms for being pit toilets.

The camp site is clean with the burn zone about 100 yards away it is not noticeable.
It was also very quiet with many retired people and easy access to water and garbage collection.
The vault toilets were also clean and in good shape.
Great access to many of the parks top features, cell service was very spotty, but I liked that.
We were visited by many deer during the late hours of the day.
Summit lake is a 2-3 minute walk away from D-7
Great experience!

Clean site, nice shade, and close to the restroom. The only thing is that all of the campsites here are very close together, but this one at least didn't have anyone next to you on the lefthand side. Would stay again!
