Pinnacles Campground offers a beautiful natural setting with a variety of wildlife, well-maintained facilities, and easy access to numerous hiking trails, including the highly recommended Bear Gulch Cave trail. Campers appreciate the clean restrooms, hot showers, and generally private sites, making for a relaxing experience. we were not aware that there was limited parking at bear gulch. road leading to bear gulch was closed early in the morning (late dec). luckily we got the last parking spot at bench trail parking lot and hiked up to bear gulch via bench/sycamore trails.

I stayed in the pinnacles campground site 61, and it was an absolutely lovely campground. Very private, next to a creek, and shaded by giant lovely trees. In comparison to camping at Yosemite where all the campsites were on top of each other, this one felt really spacious. We fit three two person tents, one car, with the firepit and the picnic table. We could've easily fit multiple more tents. We had a great time at the campground!

We loved camping here and plan to go back. We have a travel trailer, so stayed in the electric hook up sites. We were able to keep warm during a winter camping trip. Great hiking and wildlife viewing.

it is a beautiful campground, we rented a tent with electricity, the tent was beautiful and well maintained.

Wide open rv spots with simple access to fill fresh water tank as you pull into the rv loop. Bear Gulch Cave hike from campsite to the reservoir and back was beautiful and very doable with kids at just under 8 miles round trip. Condors visible with binoculars from campground in the late afternoon!

Tents and restrooms were clean and well maintained, and the camp store was very well stocked.
The only disappointment was that the restroom closest to us was out of order for the entire duration.

The tent cabin made winter camping easy and fun. The Condors were at the campground and could be easily seen from the trail. We were thrilled.

General
- Generators are not allowed at any time in any site.
- Tent/RV Sites: 6 people, 3 tents and 2 vehicles or one vehicle and one trailer or RV/Motor home. Group sites: 20 people, 5 vehicles max. No RV’s, motorhomes or trailers allowed. Any self-contained vehicle designed for sleeping is considered an RV/Motor home. Extra vehicles MUST be left in the overnight parking lot. A tow vehicle plus a trailer counts as two vehicles. Social Trails: Avoid walking through other campsites, creek beds, and closed areas.Lighting: Party lights, disco lights, Christmas lights, travel trailer parking lights, any decorative lighting must be turned off starting at 10:00pm and ending at 6:00amParking: All vehicles and bicycles must stay on paved surfaces. Where parking pads are provided, vehicles must be parked with all wheels on the pad and may not extend into the traffic lane or into the campsite. All vehicles must be parked at thier respective campsites in front of the parking stops. Moving parking stops, driving beyond them or parking in another area/site will result in a ticket from NPS. If your vehicle does not fit in your site you MUST park it in the overflow parking area bhiend the store. Wastewater: carry to toilets for disposal. Washing dishes/clothing and brushing teeth at water spigots is prohibited.
- RV Sites: have 120v/ 30-amp service; EV CHARGING IS PROHITIED AT RV SITES, An EV charger is located by the store. Tent and group sites have no hook-ups. Generators are not allowed at any time in any site.
- Swimming pool: is open 4/1 to 10/31, weather permitting. No lifeguard on duty.
- Pets: allowed on leash in the campground but not on hiking trails. NEVER leave unattended.
- Wi-Fi: Guests receive 30 minutes of complimentary Wi-Fi. Extended access is available for purchase. Wi-Fi use is optional and not included in the nightly rate.
- Dump station: is available for registered guests.
- Trees: All trees, even when healthy and well-maintained, can pose a natural hazard of falling limbs. Visitors assume responsibility for any property damage, injury or other circumstances that may result from these hazards.
- Lost, Stolen or Damaged Property: Pinnacles Recreation Company is not responsible for loss or to property due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause.

- During peak visitation periods, access to the campground through the East Entrance station may be restricted. Delays can be expected due to high traffic volumes and parking reaching capacity. We advise planning accordingly to avoid prolonged wait times. Pinnacles experiences extremely high visitation on weekends, holidays, and during favorable weather, especially in the spring. Expect long lines and delays [or possible restrictions especially] between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
- Restrooms (Loop C) Loop C does not have flush restroom buildings. Portable toilets are located in Loop C. Flush toilets and sinks are available in nearby Loop B and Loop G.
