Well we took a chance and drove up and booked right on the spot. Was a good spot #38. Only thing that was missing was the water pipe was to far away from RV. Next time we will take a longer hose. But other than that it was pretty good.

We spend four days at Site 14 it was very nice. The rangers were friendly. We witnessed some bald eagle action very exciting.

Nice recreactional campground. Some spots have electric and others are basically dry camping. You can reserve your spot early or do it the day you arrive. Showers have decent hot water and relatively clean probably depending on weekday verses weekend. The view is nice if you’re in a site closer to the lake. Birds are around and singing and occasional Ranger checks in, depending on when you paid for your site. Roads leading to park aren’t that great, and a lot of curves, but beautiful landscape!

This is such a beautiful, hidden gem of a lake. I loved the quietness of the campground - no train or road noises in the night. And kayaking was a fun way to be on the water. I must say that this is the best overall experience I have had on this winter trip. Clean bathrooms and a hot shower complemented my stay.

No camphost onsite. Did not feel safe with non-campers constantly driving around and stopping at occupied campsites multiple times.

We thought this was a great campground. Sites are well spaced and E/W hookups are much appreciated. Would love to visit during the summer to see the ranger presentations at the amphitheater. Clean bathhouses also a bonus.

Best camping ground I ever been to, it’s quiet, clean, beautiful, plenty of space between spaces, and Rangers always on the lookout for safety.
