Many guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and friendly camp hosts, making it a great stop for travelers. The camp host Lee and Sherman were very friendly. The bathrooms were in immaculate condition, even though it was rainy and somewhat muddy in the campground.

This campground is easy to get to from the freeway, and close to the conveniences of town. We stayed at the end of December, the trees were bare and the ground covered in mowed green grass. It was very park like and well kept. The campsites all have paved and fairly level parking. We stayed in site 30, and could hear the river more than the freeway. At the other end of the campground the freeway seemed louder. There are nearby walking trails.
We stayed only one night as a stop over while traveling. I would stay again, just not on New Year's Eve, too many people setting off fireworks in the surrounding area.

Nice clean campground. Went during Mew Years weekend so grounds were pretty empty. Host was available and very welcoming. Overall very nice time.

Had a wonderful experience at this campground/campsite! The campsite hosts were so friendly and attentive, I felt very safe as a solo traveling female.
Super quiet, great location.
Only a couple things were not perfect—the toilets, although they were pretty clean, smelled like rotting fish and didn’t have paper towels stocked or a hand dryer.

I felt very safe because the camp host surveys and scrutinized everything that goes on here. I really appreciate that quiet hours are inforced. The grounds were kept very clean. The shower handles need repairs so hot and cold can be adjusted. We loved the nature preserve that was on site. I would love to come back in the spring.
