What Guests Are Saying
Sycamore Grove Campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained setting with green grass, spacious sites, and clean bathrooms, including coin-operated showers. Many guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and friendly camp hosts, making it a great stop for travelers. However, some concerns were raised about noisy campers, the condition of pit toilets, and occasional issues with camp host interactions. Overall, it's considered a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature, especially for short stays.

I lost my cat at this campground months ago, and was devastated! She escaped while traveling from a small opening in a window. I looked for days, was in contact with the hosts and they were incredible. They continued to look when I had to leave. With no luck, I decided to come back and search for myself. I called for her for a few hours and she finally appeared. I couldn't have done it without the support of the amazing hosts at this campground. I felt heard, and supported during a really difficult period. I have stayed at this campground for years while traveling north and it has improved greatly. There are the fluke issues with other campers, but the sites are cared for and they have done a lot of work to keep up the place. I can't thank them enough for their help and I will definitely be back in the future. (without animals)

Great spot! Green, shade, grass, nearby river, trails. Freeway noise not troublesome. Even a botanical garden!

Really nice campground, just off I-5 yet very peaceful. We enjoyed the First Saturday bird walk at the Discovery Center. And great showers for just a quarter!

This campground requires an online payment with an added $8 fee added to the cost for the site. Crazy when the site fee is only $16.

I stayed for about 6 days. The site was nice and well kept. There are bathrooms with showers (coin opped) and they have a punch code to open. There a grill and metal firepit at the camp sites.

This park always provides us with a place to park overnight with and without electricity. Depending on our needs we can plug in for a few dollars more or go without depending on the site. We have stayed in our 33 ft fifth wheel and a 24 ft travel trailer. No need to unhook either one. Sites can be 44 ft long and there are pull thru sites as well as back-in. I haven’t used their bathroom but they are available and coin operated showers. Coded doors to the shower to keep out the people who don’t pay to stay there.

We stay for 2 nights, it was great. My kids and wife like the walking trails. We are planning to go back soon.
