Nice campsite, very spacious and lots of shade. From all the other surrounding campsites, 007 was the best. The floor is a bit unleveled but not too bad. The kids had a blast at the red rock river and playing soccer at our site. The only reason why I did not give it a five star rating is because there are no flushing toilets or showers. There were only porta potties that quickly got nasty. But besides that, the camp host was very nice and provided great guidance on how to get to the river. There is campfire wood available for sale. I do recommend this site 👍🏼.

Beautiful, well shaded camp ground. No flushing toilets but there were porta potties. I brought Clorox wipes and that helped. The camp hostess was very friendly and welcoming. She was very informative and helpful, and so sweet with the kids! The only reason I took off one star is because it was HOT. When I think Santa Barbara, I think cool weather, but this is about 25 minutes away from the beach. This would be a perfect campsite in the springtime after snow melts to fill the river and cooler weather during the day. We will likely come back to this beautiful campsite, but plan better time of year

A wonderful campground for a quiet weekend getaway! The camp host was friendly and helpful, and the portable toilets were exceptionally clean. There was plenty of wildlife in and around the campground — we saw Great Horned Owls, Ospreys, and Deer. A peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The camp host was especially helpful in changing around my reservation.

The host was very rude. She accused us of removing a piece of wood used as a marker and it turns out that it was next to a parked car the whole time so she wasn’t able to see it. When we moved the car she saw it but by the point she had already yelled at us multiple times even though we told her we didn’t remove anything. There is also way too many rules, quiet time is from 10 pm - 6 pm but lets be honest who goes camping to go to sleep at 10 pm? I understand being respectful to other campers but she literally didn’t even want us talking. Overall the place is nice but the host not so much.
