What Guests Are Saying
Dinkey Creek offers a beautiful natural setting with excellent hiking opportunities and friendly camp hosts who provide helpful service. The campground is well-maintained, and many visitors appreciate the spacious campsites and clean facilities. However, issues such as the lack of functioning flush toilets and potable water have caused some inconveniences, alongside noise from generators and nearby campers. Overall, many families enjoy returning to this campground for its charm and the memorable experiences it provides.

We have been coming to Dinkey Creek for years, it's a tradition we are now enjoying with our grandchildren as well.
Always a wonderful experience and a beautiful destination.

Incredible experience. Everything was more than we could have asked for. We're coming back!

We were very disappointed to find that the restrooms in our loop were changed to outhouses. We purposely planned to be near them. Next year we’ll choose a different loop and hope it doesn’t change too.
Also, cleaning out the fire pits and doing some raking in the campsite would have been nice. It seems there isn’t any maintenance like their use to be.

The lady in the booth appon check in lacks customer service skills. She was quite rude when asked a simple question. Didnt say thank you nor did she tell us to enjoy our stay. I reserve two different campsites for two different nights. I checked online before coming up and the site for the second night was available tonight. I asked if we could possibly use the site for tomorrow for all three nights and she made it seem like it was the most impossible thing in the world. I ended up going to check to see if anybody was at the site for the second night and it was empty. I totally could have stayed there and stayed my time packing. The next morning I went to get the tag for my second site. Still bad customer service. She even told me that I could take it as long as no one was there. I was like nobody's there. I checked last night. Other than her in the beginning my stay was amazing. Couldn't complain. Can't hosts where great

I have cameras here for over 20 years and when booking a site it states that there are flushable toilet. When arriving on July 12 it was brought to our attention that there was only two flushable toilets available for loop B and C There was only two camp host. No porter potties were placed for this facility, the two available restrooms were overflowing with feces. They only came once or twice if that, throughout the day to be cleaned. Camp host Mark the manager was very rude, and had no consideration for any of the campers. Based on this awful experience, I believe that I should receive half of my refund.

Great camp hosts! They went above and beyond by helping our grandson with the keys locked in his car!!
Also, it was super busy there and toilet paper was constantly running out but they got to it very fast.
Very friendly!
