What Guests Are Saying
Kaspian Campground offers breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and a peaceful atmosphere, making it an incredible camping experience. The well-maintained site features clean facilities, easy access to hiking trails, and a spacious layout. However, campers should be prepared for limited visibility at night, bear activity, and some challenges with carrying supplies due to the campsite's elevation.

Served its purpose, a place to put up our tent on bike tour. Very clean toilets. Water!! We arrived and no potable water. Not good when on bike. We had to unload then ride 2 miles to get water. The majority of sites are up a big hill or long set of stairs. Some sites not much flat area but others are good. Very dusty when windy. Wonderful to just walk across highway to the lake. Do not expect a comfy beach. Rocks are fist size. Nevertheless a good location.

The female host cannot handle working with people and should find a different job.

Overall, enjoyed our stay.
The good:
Very close to the lake (sites 1-3), clean restroom with flush toilet, accessible potable water.
The bad:
Noisy as you’re very close to the road, no designated parking by your site (parking lot only and will need to haul your things to your site)

Location is fantastic. I wish the bathrooms were updated - a shower will be great. A little light would be great next to the billboard for those that arrive late. The hosts were extremely nice.

Campsite is on top of a hill and you have to climb up stairs to reach it. Once there most of the campsite areas are inclined (not flat horizontal) and it makes it so difficult to sleep at night.
Having only one sink for the whole campsite is not really a good idea (two bathrooms with a single sink).
