Love this location! Right next to a gorgeous beach and super close to all the amazing things South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Love this campground!

We got lucky and there was a last-minute vacancy for one night at Nevada Beach Campground, right at the beach, a week before they were too close for the season. It was still warm in the day and got down to 31 degrees overnight, and it was absolutely beautiful! Most campers were in RVs and it was super quiet, maybe because it was the first week of October and kids were at home doing their distance learning. I know that competition will be fierce for reservations, but I'll do my best to go back next summer.

The camp host was friendly and helpful. Sites are large and well kept. Restrooms clean and accessible. Lake Tahoe is a national treasure!
