Campground fantastic. The hosts Rich, Linda, Ed, Judy were the best. They are excellent. We had a 38' Class A, little tight and a few trees were a little scary. We still had a blast. Two down falls were verizon only 1 or 2 bars and the dump station should be on the way out not on the way in. Other than that it was spectacular.

Best well-kept campground I've ever stayed at...campsites were tidy and bathroom very clean. Small beach right across the road made easy access to Lake Tahoe for paddle boarding and offered beautiful lake views. It definitely had the feel of an in-town campground with the private home and cabins surrounding the campsite, but still, location and access to Lake Tahoe area was awesome.

The Campground, amazing! The staff, awesome! Tahoe City 2 miles away, fun! Spots are roomy and they keep it spotless. We love coming here and cannot wait to be back.

Little hidden gem of a campground. It’s located in a residential area of the forest. There’s a cafe and market right across the street. The beach is right across the street. It’s a pebble beach though. The commons beach is only a 2 mile drive north if you want a sandy beach for the kids. There’s no electric hookups. A few used their generator at needed times (morning & night) but it was quiet almost all day. Some of the spots are better in that they are more level than others. There’s one dump station that is an additional $10. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. The thing to do around here is long bike trails and off road mountain biking. Definitely recommend.
