helpful staff.
Filthy bathrooms. Not properly cleaned for years. Windows dark with filth. All ledges thick layer of filth.
DANGEROUS access to bathroom + WATER SUPPLY esp at night. Climb over huge fallen tree on a hill to access bathroom!

As I walked away from the crackling fire,
The cold night air made me take a deep breath,
I looked up at the deepest, blackest sky ever,
And the brilliant Milky Way give me its best high five.
So that's where the heavenly river has been hiding all this while!

Campsite was not as pictured. The parking was not accurate and barely fit 1 vehicle. It would not fit two as advertised. Also the bathroom trail goes directly through the middle of the site. So be prepared to have strangers walking through the site all the time.

Overall nice campground. Campsite was clean and included a good picnic table. Only downside was that we were on the edge of the campground on a hill, it was therefore difficult to find a good position for the tent.

The campsite itself was great - lots of space, good quality picnic table & fire pit/grate. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, it didn't really seem like they were paid much attention throughout the day - especially into the evening - by the rangers. Additionally, there was a large group camping near us with A LOT of kids, and the kids were very disruptive in the morning and evening hours when we were trying to sleep.

Very clean, well-maintained, had a wonderful experience and staff were incredibly helpful at all times. Only comment for review would be that the boundaries between RV campers and tent-campers are razor thin, ie, camp policies say that you can fire up your generator at certain times, but even within those time frames, if you do this, know that you're going annoy everyone around you regardless (one group knocked on our RV door about the noise).... which I get of course, but if you're a relatively-new RV user with a family, it can be a bit frenetic for your first time out. Learning curve, I guess? Otherwise, would definitely visit again (and be a bit more judicious about where we park for the night)...
