Nice plot of land, but it has a slope, so be prepared if you have little ones.

Nice plot of land, but more wide open than some other plots. Close to restrooms, but not right next too.

We loved the site! Although it was listed for a large tent, it wasn’t level enough for our REI Kingdom 8 with the vestibule and garage. So my husband and son leveled it a bit more so we could at least use the garage portion. You can hop on the trail to the General Grant at the top of the site which was great.
The only downside is that there was literally no camp host or ranger present often. Therefore, quiet hours were not enforced and it definitely got loud.

It was ok. Campground is nice. It was fogged in when we were there. Beach ok.
