Love this campground. A mix of boulders and tree logs made for the perfect playground for the kids. A couple of things to note: 1) Many sites are really close together and the boundaries not always clear 2) some sites are on a slope and/or have a very small tent pad. Didn’t both us, but if you’re looking for privacy and space-look elsewhere. If you can snag one of the few sites on the rim, you’ll have vip access to beautiful sunsets of which this campground is named for. We will 100% stay here again!

Great experience at this campground. Our group included small children and the nearby trails, general Grant tree, and store were ideal. Nice clean campsite and beautiful sunset views. Spaces are pretty close together, but definitely worth a visit.
