A great site with an awesome view! The parking spot is within eyesight, however it is quite a walk to the bathroom and you do have to walk through other sites to make it to 22.

Great site, we rented 2 spots next to each other. It was a bit steep getting down to the lake but super fun.

Nice place to camp. Even when it’s busy our site could still feel private. Nice views of lake and beyond. Great camp host this summer!

Beautiful views. Steep to get to the lake. Plenty of shade. Peaceful. Easy drive from Reno. Great price to camp. Very clean.

Nice site. Didn't like the traffic driving past our site. Disappointed in the freeway noise is such a beautiful area.
Lovely site. Right next to the water. I do recommend.

Honestly, not a great experience. The campground was extremely dusty — I don’t understand why they can’t add some grass or at least water it down. There was no water spigot at all, which is a big inconvenience for campers.
Accessing the lake was also frustrating. You have to carry your paddleboard or gear down a steep hill, which isn’t ideal.
Setting up our tent was a whole challenge. The ground was really hard and filled with tree roots and branches. We bent a couple of tent poles trying to get the stakes in — and we weren’t the only ones. A lot of people seemed to struggle with the same thing. Add strong winds on top of that, and it just wasn’t fun.
Overall, it felt like the campground was missing some basics. Wouldn’t return unless they made some improvements.

Great location for a quick trip from Reno. My dog had a blast swimming and chasing ball.
I wasn’t a big fan of our camp neighbors building a campfire when there were clear signs everywhere to not have fires. Not sure who was supposed to monitor those dangerous fires.

It was very quiet and clean. Beautiful scenery. The only negative was no water and I didn’t know so I had to go make another trip to get jugs of water.
Maybe I missed the notice on the app? Or it wasn't noted ?? We had a wonderful time

Beautiful campground, large camp spots, close to the water. Just keep in mind there are no rv hook ups and no water. So bring enough water for your trip. If not truckee is not too far away.. you can always go into town to get some more. Can’t wait to go back again next year.
