Site #27/28 (D) is a fantastic site. There is enough room in the drive for an RV/travel trailer and 2 cars if you park correctly. The site is about 100 yards from the water with site access paths. If you have a boat, you can anchor in the cove in front of the site. The bathrooms are across from the site and cleaned regularly. There was a faint smell of sewer but nothing bad enough to spoil the trip. The trash and water faucet are also next to the bathroom. The camp hosts are nice but they are closed and not available Tues/Wed. This site does have ample shade but not until late afternoon. There are 2 picnic tables (easy to move around), 2 bbqs and 2 fire pits (not close to each other. The grounds have a slight slope but not bad compared to other sites. Highly recommend this site for a few days. Bears were noted to be present in the campgrounds but we never saw any. There are no bear boxes. Deer were frequent and not afraid of people. Enjoyable site and worth the $54/night. You can probably get several tents in, at least 2 6-8 man tents and a few 2-4 man tents. RV drive is 30 ft and fit a 26 ft trailer nicely with 2 cars.

Every year we plan a family camping weekend and this is our second year at Logger Campground. This year, we reserved later than usual so we were unable to get spots close to the water. Our spaces were clean and convenient to water. We especially appreciated the camp volunteer who was friendly and helped us out when our battery on our motorhome was dead.
