The campground and the Ox loop host were both great. The website to make reservations is a night mare.

Everything was great except there was no water in the camp and the dump station was closed. Price paid was for water included and available dump station (for a seperate fee I think). Used to be camp fee was half price when water not available. Maybe you should give partial refund to campers when no water is there.

Full price was charged even though there was no water available throughout the campground. The trailer dump station was also closed. I understand the water system and dump station were shut down due to the heavy snow and a compromised water system, but there should have been a discount to the campsites since the full services were not available. Other than the water issue, the campsites were fine and enjoyable.

The camp host was just great. But as you know there was no water.
The charge for the tow car is confusing ? According to the directions when you book there is no charge. At the camp ground you charge $5 per day, since we have a golden gate pass why not $2.50 per day?
