Easily accessible from the freeway. Facilities include drinking water, restrooms with sinks and soap, and flush toilets. My campsite was great for camping with a tent, but I noticed that some other campsites were not really suitable to camping with a tent, but I think they're marked as RV sites online.
Otherwise, very pleasant place. Plan for a 40 min drive to the "main sites of Joshua Tree"

The campground is beautiful. Only issue is that they allow people to run their generators all day long. The noise two sites up was horrible for 12 hours straight. Ridiculous

Excellent campground! The bathrooms are clean and easily accessible, the sites are spacious and close to wildlife and hikes, and the visitor center employees were friendly and helpful.
