2nd time staying at Lower Pines! Water fill stations and flush toilet bathrooms are luxurious! In July, there were lots of wild raspberry bushes around the campground, though a ranger noted they'd be removed. We loved adding them to our oatmeal during our stay!

Awesome site location. Very large, could fit multiple tents and easy-up. Close to the river, close to the bathroom without it being too bright and without people walking through the site.

I went camping with my 4 children. My 1 year old daughter woke up in the middle of the night and as soon as I got her back to sleep after crying for about 10 mins and white man and woman came into my campsite and violently shook my tent accusing me of doing weird things to my child. I called the police in yosemite they did nothing. I called dispatch they did nothing, referred me back to the police. If I ever go to yosemite again I will have multiple weapons with me to protect myself and my children. Do not be fooled. Yosemite is not a safe place!

Incredibly convenient and clean campground, right inside Yosemite Valley. The hosts were very sweet, and it's by far the best campground we've ever stayed at in terms of views. Just a couple of things to keep in mind—there's no soap in the bathrooms, and be sure to lock all your food away securely.
