This is a huge site in possibly the nicest campground in the world. Lower Pines is my favorite of the three Pines campgrounds (although Upper and North are lovely as well), and even though this site is right next to the entrance, it is beautiful. Very flat and shaded with great trees for hammocks, plenty of room for bikes and inner tubes, etc.
My only minor complaint is that the nearest bathroom was never very clean, probably because it it closest to the entrance and most used. I usually just walked another 50 yards to the next bathroom.

Great little campground. Clean bathrooms, spacious sites, and close to the bike path to negate needing a car to get around.

Campground was located somehow near the center and close to public showers. Space was tight and no shade at all which it was inconvenient for us.
We really loved that it was walking distance to showers. And these ones were actually no charge and open to public.

Great site, views of half dome from the campground. I would stay here again.
