What Guests Are Saying
Lakeview Gunnison offers stunning views and excellent fishing opportunities, making it a popular choice for campers. Many reviews highlight the cleanliness of the campsites and restrooms, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the camp hosts. However, some concerns have been raised regarding the condition of the roads and water access, as well as overcrowding from dispersed camping and larger RVs, which may detract from the overall experience.

We had a really wonderful time for my partners Birthday weekend. The camp hosts were really accommodating and friendly. It was perfect being right across the street from the water/boat rental. We just walked down with our stuff to rent a pontoon for the day and had an absolute blast. It was the perfect time of year to catch all the wildflowers in bloom- they were stunning. We will definitely be back again this summer. Can't wait!

Lakeview campground is my favorite place to go camping located at taylor park reservoir it is one of the most spectacular views in colorado with a magnificent view of not only the lake but the Collegiate Peaks. the campground has large campsites is well maintained and the vault toilet restrooms are kept clean by the campground hosts. Access to trout fishing, four wheeling, rafting, is excellent. It is just an awesome place to spend a relaxing vacation
