There are only three first come first serve sites at the Southside Campground. Weekends are usually busy but you can likely find a space wherever you want if it's during the week. Spaces are close together here but closest to the lake if you are going to fish compared to the other campgrounds. Sites are very close together. Great shade from the trees.

The setting was nice, but the camper slips were so close together that you had no privacy. And there was no water spigot or electricity at the campground. The location wasn't bad, but you had to cross a busy road to get the lake.
