Fantastic spot! Very quiet even on a holiday weekend, camp host was friendly and helpful when we had a question. Spotlessly clean restrooms.

Junction Creek Campground near Durango was a peaceful retreat nestled among tall pines. The campsites were spacious and well-maintained, offering a sense of privacy. Vault toilets were clean, and potable water was available, though there were no showers or dump stations. The nearby Colorado Trail provided excellent hiking opportunities. The gravel road leading to the campground was a bit rough, but manageable. Overall, it was a serene spot to unwind and enjoy nature.
