Very nice campground. The road is a little washboardy on the way up, but that's to be expected. It was not too bad. No cell service. The bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen for a pit toilet! Very quiet...a very pleasant stay. Very close to Durango. Would recommend and stay here again if in the area.

Good hosts, clean bathrooms. Too many dogs off leash. Not roaming campground, but not on leash at sites. As responsible dog owners, we were hardly able to walk the campground with our small dog without dogs charging out from sites. Owners were able to call all back, but it's terrifying to wonder if we're to be attacked. We were there seven days and it happened at least once every day from different loops. A stronger penalty should be enforced for dogs off leash. A warning, then ejection from the cg for the next violation would get some attention.

This campground is beautiful and very quiet. Tons of shade and the sites are very large. The hosts take meticulous care of every camp site and is the cleanest campground we've ever been to. We were in the E Loop which had a lot of double sites and located at top of the hill. Only downfall is that we didn't get to bike as much as normal since our site was on top of hill and climb back up was significant. Junction Creek was not running and fishing was far down the road. I would highly recommend this campground.

We stayed there for a week in our 30' class A. Absolutely beautiful campground with the friendliest hosts ever. Pit toilets are the cleanest I've ever seen. There isn't a bad campsite in the whole place. Just amazing, very quiet and peaceful. Be aware there is no water tap to fill an RV water tank or RV dump. We came prepared and had a wonderful time, but just be ready when you get there. Power service is 15/30/50 amp and great, outlets are on the drivers side with the RV backed in.
We will be back.
