We love, Junction Creek! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were super clean! Wish it hadn't been Stage II fire restrictions, but that's how it goes sometimes. Still had a great time!

Quiet and peaceful setting close to town. This site fairly open to others, less privacy. Clean bathrooms.

Beautiful sites, the friendliest and helpful camp hosts. Very clean. One of our best all time experiences at a National Forest. Have already recommended to so many people!

Really loved this campground and how close it is to Durango but you still feel very isolated. The end of the Colorado Trail was very close and a beautiful hike. Make it up to Gudy's Rest on the trail if you can- so worth the view! You can hear the creek from the edge of the campground.

Junction is a little bit of a drive to get to but definitely worth it. The road wasn’t too rough to drive while towing a camper. The campsites were spacious and clean. Most of the electric sites are reserve-able. E6 is small that could work for a van. Close enough to get back into Durango. Animas overlook is nice and 7mi from the campground.

Wonderful campground with very spacious sites. Showers would have been the frosting but otherwise very nice. Unpaved road to campground was graded pretty well.

Quiet, camp sites are not close together, close to Durango, but feels like you are far away from it all. Camp Hosts were all great! Restrooms were kept very clean. Saw some wildlife too!
