We loved our time at Aspenglen. It is a beautiful campground. The washroom facilities are clean and newish. Our site was Loop C 26. While it wasn’t as secluded as some, it was spaced out nicely from neighboring sites. There was great shade under the trees. Mule deer and turkeys were frequent visitors. There was someone selling ice, firewood, bug spray, and maybe sunblock at the entrance from 4-6 pm. Expensive but available, if needed. It is a very quick drive into Estes and we never had to wait more than 2 minutes at the Fall River park entrance. If we ever return to RMNP, we will choose Aspenglen again.

Great spot just inside the park. Booked at the last minute and it was a great place to start our Rocky Mountain adventure.

Lovely campground next to Fall River. Quiet and spacious but also close to Estes Park. Bathrooms were very clean with flush toilets. Saw some elk and deer.

Campsite 32c is right next to the restroom which limited privacy and the light was on for the evening. Campsites felt very close together. I was camping alone and did not feel comfortable. Opted to go to Estes Park for a hotel.

The bathrooms were very nice and clean. There was even a sink outside the bathrooms for doing dishes. The hiking trails are nice, we enjoyed the river, and the all the flowers.
