We enjoyed the beautiful view, daily visits from the deer, and the proximity to Sprague Lake!

We loved our time here: Beautiful views, clean facilities, right across the street from the Bear Lake Shuttle and the other shuttle came through the campground. We would have liked to know there is a shower facility for those who bring there own solar shower water bag to hang. The only down side is a distinct lack of privacy.

It was our first time camping and we had a wonderful time at this campground. Bathroom was nearby and very clean during our stay over the 4th of July long weekend. The place was very quite and had wonderful views of the park.

Campground was nice and quiet. Bathrooms, superb. Our site was good except for having no shade. We were there 2 nights and after the 1st night were asked to move our tents out of the trees where there were tent spots and they were not past the no camping beyond this point signs. Signage should reflect expectations or rangers need to not be so picky.

Awesome location being on Bear Lake Road. We were able to wake up early and get a spot in the Bear Lake parking lot because the campsite is so close. The photos of the campsite also don't do it justice, it's a very scenic and well-kept campground.

Enjoyed my stay. The way the site is laid out, the coach door faces the road. I was able to maneuver my motor home faced the campsite.

The west side of the park, near Timber Creek was so nice--quieter, less busy than the eastern side. The campground at Timber Creek was great; saw my first moose and heard the bellowing of elk every morning.

Glacier Basin Camp is an excellent location to stay on the east side of the park. Despite the crazy number of people in Estes and visiting the park this pre-4th of July, they managed it well, and we fully enjoyed our stay

Beautiful campground, very conveniently located right across the street from the hiker shuttle, taking away any need for timed entry permits.
