I was really impressed with the cleanliness and amenities available in this campground. One of the most modern tent campgrounds I've ever stayed at. There's running water, flush toilets, and several trash containers, all conveniently located in the campground. Beautiful views as well off the edge of the mesa, and great viewpoint trails to enjoy this. Would highly recommend for anyone considering staying in the area.

We camped in 45-B. The only challenge was that it was hard to drive a tent stake into the ground. We did the best we could, and then put a rock on top of the stakes. Unfortunately, one of our tents blew away. We were able to recover it, however. The view from out site was beautiful.
The updated restroom was really nice.

I came out with my partner for a few nights, it was absolutely splendid. The campground was beautiful, and our campsite was nice and clean. The bathrooms were also really nice, with an included sink service room and heating. Would definitely recommend this place to any avid campers or just lovers of western atmosphere.

Site was excellent. Our 17 foot travel trailer (36β4β with tow vehicle) fit fine. Not sure why itβs not listed as a trailer site.

Campsites were adequate for tent camping. Good drinking water was available throughout the campground. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, Saddlehorn Campground is a beautiful place to behold.

lt was fine. The campground host was not present. The hand dryer in the bathroom did not work and the soap dispenser was empty. A couple of nights it was very windy but nobody's fault

This campground is so well maintained and has plenty of restrooms. It is located along the scenic Rim Rock drive inside of the Colorado National Monument. Itβs a desert landscape, not a forest camping environment. Great for families or solo travelers. Perfect for stopovers on your way to all the beautiful hikes in the area. $22 per night. During summer I would recommend reserving a spot ahead of time.
