Typical National Park campground. Lots of people but quieted down quickly at sunset. Campground host was very helpful and friendly.

I tent-camped at site C-78 for two nights. The C loop does not allow big campers or generators, so it was quiet and the views a short walk to the rim are awesome. Fair warning though: there’s not much shade and it’s hot up there on the Monument.
