The campground was great. Definitely geared more towards RVs but the host kindly helped us find a new site for our tent.

Beautiful campsite and welcoming hosts. I would recommend camping in the lower section as it's more quiet and less crowded. Note that it does get very cold at night so be sure to bundle up if you're tent camping (we experienced a 40+ degree drop in temps when we stayed there!). Hosts were very friendly and had firewood for sale and quarters for the coin-op shower, which was fairly clean.

This location was beautiful, quiet, had cellular reception I needed, ice for my cooler, and considerate campers. Campground administrators were evident, yet in the background. As a single, senior woman traveling alone, I am grateful for such camping spots at an affordable rate. I stayed 6 days, got plenty of work done, interacted with other campers, ate some fresh fish, and had some lovely walks, too. Thanks!
