Lake Fork Campground offers beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains, providing a peaceful atmosphere, particularly during less crowded times. The campground features clean bathrooms, accessible drinking water, and ample amenities for RVs, making it a pleasant stay for many visitors. However, some campers noted limited shade, tight campsite spacing, and the campground's parking lot-like layout, which may detract from the experience for those seeking a more traditional camping environment.

Lake Fork is what it is: easy access to Lake Fork boat ramp. The park has no shower, electricity, shade or water. It is perfect for those who want to launch their boats and fish.

It was great with a camper van and it were only 2 other spots occupied.
When it’s full, you won’t have much privacy.

This campsite was perfect for exploring the Black Canyon and surrounding trails. We only had two neighbors the first night and a few more the second. Great layout of campground and nice bathrooms. Camp host very friendly and introduced themselves! Close to road but quiet and the views are absolutely beautiful. Made camping with 2 dogs easy.

Great view onto the lake. But if you're not there to boat: It's basically a parking lot with facilities. Only a few spots for tents. If the weather is mild (not hot), and you get a good spot (on the outside, ideally a corner), and you're sleeping in an RV or a truck, it's great for a night.
