What Guests Are Saying
Lottis Creek Campground is praised for its excellent location, friendly and attentive camp hosts, and exceptionally clean facilities, including the vault toilets. Guests enjoy spacious and well-maintained campsites, with many nearby recreational opportunities like fishing and hiking. However, concerns were raised about deep potholes in the campground roads and issues with the dump station water supply, which need addressing.

We occupied the group site. Mike (not sure of last name) was an excellent host knowledgable about the facility, and the vicinity. He was very helpful and appreciated. The site was very nice, with excellent flexibility in parking RV's, in electrical use, and with water access. The structure and improvements were very nice. The ambience next to the stream was great. We will be back again.
The site is easily accessible to Taylor Park Reservoir, fishing, and hiking. It also has direct access to ATV trails with many miles of sightseeing.
Thank you.

We stopped at this location for 3 nights as part of a multi location camping trip. Very nice, quiet campground. Our site was located in the smaller of the three loops just next door across the creek from the larger loops and was well shaded. Camp hosts Rick and Vera were very attentive to all guests and kept the facility in very clean and good condition. The only downside to this location is the lack of utilities at each camp site (other that electricity at site 2 and 3) - so no water fill up station for RV's other than the small non-threaded faucet to fill 5-6 gallon jugs, and no dump station on site. The nearest dump station is on the road to Tin cup - about 10+ miles or so from this location (with a few of this down a dirt road). If you are in an RV/TT you need to come with full water tanks and empty waste tanks. The vaulted toilet at the center of the loop was kept in very clean condition by the camp hosts. Due to the shady nature of this smaller loop solar charging maybe limited. But if you are prepared then this is a great location and campground. Sites close to Lottis Creek enjoy the sound of running water. Fire wood bundles were available for purchase at $8 a bundle (summer of 2021). Sites 2 and 3 would get very sporadic cell/text coverage but all other sites had none. Do not count on having connectivity (what a nice change). We will return again.

We spent a week at Lottis Creek, Union Park Loop. Campground is impeccably maintained, and our host, Awesome Mike from Kansas was amazingly accommodating! There was enough cell reception to get the proper amount of work done - when we weren't fishing the river or lake, 4 wheeling on the trails,, hiking or panning for gold.. Fun times and many great memories were made, and we're excited to return to Lottis Creek!

Great place for a family reunion. The group camp is set off from the two loops of the individual sites, but is close to the road. The pavilion however is at the other end of the group site and offers privacy. The site is right on the creek and close to a nice hiking trail. The bathrooms are very clean! I did think though that at almost $250 a night is was expensive for three tent sites and three RV
sites.

By far one of the nicest campgrounds we've been to: the campground featured gravel tent sites with picnic benches and fire pits. Firewood was for sale near the campground entrance as well. All tent sites were meticulous and well maintained by campground host- the bathrooms were spotless as well. Overall a quiet and nice campground- would definitely recommend.

We really liked this area. The campground was very nice, specious and also very cozy, also very peaceful. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Drinking water was available. Our spot had power outlet as well, though we were not expecting it.
Surrounding area is very nice if you like fishing, hiking, nice views. In particular for fishing there were lots of nice spots including also Taylor Park Reservoir, which is 10mins drive from the campground.
I hope we will come here again.

I discovered a duplicate reservation for the same dates. The host re-rented the second site. I was told that they could not refund my fee. I did not discover the duplicate until the 1st of August which was too late to cancel the duplicate reservation
