What Guests Are Saying
Cove Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, excellent upkeep, and friendly hosts, making it a favorite spot for camping and fishing. The campground offers great river access, hiking opportunities, and a peaceful atmosphere, although some sites may be less suitable for pets due to proximity to others. While there are minor concerns about restroom facilities and parking arrangements, the overall experience is described as magical and relaxing.

It is a great, quiet location. There are fisherman up and down the river near camp. They can sometimes be loud. An excellent launching point for adventure.

There was trash and clear bathroom spots within our campsite. Otherwise it was secluded and beautiful.

Beautiful peaceful spot with access to the river. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of rocks, caves, and hills for the boys to climb and play in.

Loved this campsite. We stayed for 4 nights and fished every second we could. Close enough to walk to the river. Quiet and clean. Restroom was well maintained for a vault. Will be staying again.

The park staff were great! The sites were well maintained and it was a nice to have the area for our small group. The only challenge was the smell of the restroom. It was noticeable around the camp.

Great location and the Amenities were on point. This campground is very well kept and the campground maintenance team/gate keepers were outstanding and top notch humans. 10/10 recommend.

The site sells itself however I feel that more could be done to level in the area of set up. Wash outs of the campground road continue to be a problem. The main canyon road was in excellent condition this years.

Nice site by creek but longer walk-in than other sites. Long drive to campground but not crowded & walking distance to Overlook Trail & dam. Vault a bit dark in daylight but well stocked with TP.
