LOVED IT!!! Beautiful campsite surrounded by trees and every morning a beautiful sunrise. Vault toilets were well maintained.

We had a bunch of campers with 4 and 5 cars per site and tons of kids and a barking dog.
Keith is always great and keeps things running smoothly but this was just too many people in a few sites next to us.

The site was beautiful, but what really made it fantastic was out camp host, Keith. We appreciate his guidance, understanding, and awesome conversation. Thankful and we will for sure be back!

From Florissant, Colorado, take US Route 24 west for 10.3 miles to the campground
sign. Turn right at sign onto the dirt road and go 0.2 miles to
campground on the right hand side.
The campground is accessible via US Route 24, which is approximately 10.3 miles from Florissant, Colorado.

Wildlife & food storage
- Store food securely to prevent bear encounters.

- Exercise caution when traveling to this high elevation area.
- Guests must bring garbage bags as waste must be packed out.
Site types & loops
- RV hookups are not provided at this facility.
- ATVs and off-road vehicles are not allowed in the campground.
- Shooting is not allowed within the campground.

- Each site can accommodate two vehicles and up to 8 people.

- Don't Move Firewood: Prevent the spread of tree-killing organisms by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. Firewood is available to purchase on site, depending on any fire ban. For more information visit dontmovefirewood.org.
