Blue Mountain

The sites are far apart which is nice, but hardly any are level. We had a very uneven site and our camper had to be placed on multiple stacks of "legos" (to even get somewhat close to level) which make the stairs so high you could barely get in or out without falling. Also, most of the sites are very short, only about a car length or so. Finally, there were some really inconsiderate campers that let their kids and dogs carry on from about 6-10 pm every night. No response seen from the camp host. Not a bad place but doubt I will return.

It was clean, peaceful and quiet and the camp host was helpful and pleasant. It is one of our favorite campsites when we just need a short getaway close to home.

Great hosts and very friendly. The spots are pretty far apart from the next. We were in Site 1 and it was great. If you're tent camping, most if not all of the sites are slightly sloped so you probably won't find a perfectly flat spot to setup your tent ,but it's not that bad.

The campground was very clean and the attendant was so helpful. We were there 4 nights and enjoyed them.

Lovely little spot within driving distance of some lakes and Paradise Cove. Facilities were very well maintained and we had no issues. Camp host was very nice. Will be back!

Another great stay. Site #10 is always an excellent spot.

The site was clean, the restrooms were very clean, we were so grateful for the water pump, and my family had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Our camp host Elizabeth was AMAZING! The campground was clean, quiet, amazing and peaceful. Restrooms were very clean and the campground was easy to find and there’s limited cell service but, we were able to make calls, check emails and even stream a show for the kids to watch one night. We booked Blue Mountain because our normal spot in San Isabel was not available due to the aspen acres fire. We knew about the fire ban prior to coming and understood that there were no open camp fires so we ensured we were prepared and made the purchase of a propane gas fire ring to take with us.
We had an absolutely amazing time and will definitely be back!

Stage 2 fire restrictions with signs for no campfires, yet camp host let 3 separate sites keep their fires going. Camp host also speeds around the campground road in a golf cart with no lights. Almost hit our dog once and my husband another time. Just yells "sorry" as she swerves and speeds by. Totally reckless!!!

A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful scenery, spacious sites, and clean facilities. Elizabeth is doing a fantastic job this summer keeping the campground clean, tidy, and inviting.
