Had such a great time at spillway as usual. The bathrooms could’ve used a little attention, just even once a day. But other than that love this place.

Our trailer Length 21'. And Im glad we are not longer. Road was rough at the campground and narrow. Campsite was spacious and private. No water. Overlook hike was short, but view was really nice. As we are not fishermans and it was a bit boring for us. No trails to hike, but canyon is beautiful.

We love this campground. As an avid fly fisherman, this is my favorite place to camp. The walk to the river is just a few steps and the fishing is amazing. The campground is always clean and the camp hosts are helpful and friendly. It’s not always easy to get in, though and sells out quickly in the summer months. It seems that few people cancel when their plans change as we saw several empty campsites with dates of arrival that were the day prior to ours. That’s a shame because others are trying to get in. I’m
Not sure what the solution to that is.
As a side note to anyone concerned about access for their camper through the tunnels, we have a 30’ travel trailer that makes it through without a problem. I wouldn’t try it in a fifth wheel because of the increased height.
