Nice campground, clean facilities, nice host, and great beach. This camp site had about three spots big enough for four person tents. We made an 8-person tent work, but it was tight.

The location of the area is wonderful. The bathrooms were clean and it was very quiet at night. However, site #43, where we were, does not have a very good flat space for the tent. Also the site was covered in firepit ashes all around the table, tent area, and fire area, so the dog got very dirty. It looked like the firepit ashes where spread around the site. Not sure why the ashes were everywhere- other sites looked nice and clean. Other than that it was good.

- Water will not be available at the campground in 2026; please bring your own.
- There are no hookups available at this campground.
Vehicles & parking
- Each campsite reservation includes two vehicles; additional vehicles incur a fee of $11.00 per night.
- OHVs, ATVs, and dirt bikes are prohibited in the campground.
Site capacity
- A maximum of 8 people can occupy one campsite.
- Each site can accommodate a maximum of 2 tents or 1 RV and 2 tents.
Pets
- All dogs must be leashed at all times, including service and therapy dogs.
Safety & rules
- Generators cannot be operated after designated hours.
- The use of firearms and fireworks is prohibited.
- Caution is advised when traveling to this high elevation facility.
Wildlife & food storage
- Do not leave food unattended at your site; it should be locked inside your vehicle or RV to avoid attracting bears.
