What Guests Are Saying
Lakeview Campground offers stunning views, well-maintained sites, and a private, quiet atmosphere, making it a favorite among visitors. Many appreciated the clean facilities and helpful camp host, Rick, who enhances the experience. While some sites may be smaller than advertised and noise from nearby roads and dispersed campers can be an issue, the overall beauty and accessibility to trails and nearby lakes make it a worthwhile destination.

Campground with very clean bathrooms. Twin Lakes excellent location to fish. We took our ATV onto Birdseye Gulch, great trail and excellent way to spend your day!

Wonderful campsite, more forested than the satellite imagery made it seem. It was very quiet and the bathroom was much cleaner/better smelling than the average campground bathroom. The camp hosts were unusually nice and understanding, and so were the nearby boat ramp inspectors...not to mention any other guests we encountered! The vibe here was great, and we loved our stay.

It rained. Not the fault of the campground of course. But our tent was setup on a pad whereby rainwater drained exactly through the bottom of our tent and flooded it, bottom up. Wow. When we setup, we didn't examine the water flow path (it was not raining). Not sure exactly what we would have done differently other than pick another site (there was one available but not one we had reserved).

The only problem with Loop A of Lakeview was no Trash bin! We had to go to Loop C to dump our trash.

We were in Loop A. Nice size spaces, good for pets. It rained the whole time, but we enjoyed the campground anyway.

The hosts were both wonderful. My spot had trees close to it. I have a 42' motorhome and he found me a better spot and guided me backing in. I do allot of camping and there two are exceptional.

Loved the forrest behind the camping spot (the spot itself seemed quite small, but once you got in there it opened up into forrest area). Host super friendly!
