Lakeview Campground

Great campsite, nice views (perfect for my 23 ft van, backed in; would be problematic for a longer RV). Well kept, clean composting toilet facilities nearby. Beautiful area!

While we did enjoy our stay here we were not pleased with the way the host of the campground did their job. Camp sites were not raked nor cleaned and the hosts left occupied signs out on All of the sites. This created many empty campsites that could have been reserved and utilized.

We like the campground, but the camp host is very lazy. He would only check the restrooms once per day and never emptied the trash in the ladies' toilet the whole week we were there. One of the fellow campers built a fire while there was a stage 2 fire ban. I told the host about it, and he did nothing. Dogs are supposed to be on a leash; however, the host would let his dog run freely. It even came to our campsite and pooped!!!!

Campsite had GREAT views!! Campgound provides easy access to the lake marina and boat launching.

Very very clean pit toilets. Fun and beautiful place to camp. Lots of trees and wilderness all around.

Beautiful camp ground, clean out houses, close to hiking trails and Twin Lakes store. No running water tho

B-Loop. Vault toilets were clean and smell was controlled. Tent pad was perfect and flat

I love being able to summit Elbert right out my camper door.

Host was very friendly and competent--and kept the pits very clean.
