We had a great experience at this campground! Our site was the middle one of the loop which I initially didn’t realize and was weary because I was worried that cars driving around us would interfere but it didn’t bother us at all! It was somewhat of a tight squeeze for 2 trucks in the designated parking spot but we made it work. Plenty of room for our 3 tents and beautiful views! Also very close to the toilets which was convenient!

Clean well established campsites, good quality picnic tables and tent areas. The bathrooms were well maintained and about as good as they could be for outdoor toilets. Overall, a great experience.

Pros: great views, close to great hiking, sites are large with good shade in most
Cons: can hear a bit of road noise from valley below, campground host was not around as much as possible to help mitigate noise during quiet hours

Great campground! Our campsite had plenty of relatively flat ground for our massive North Face Wawona 8 tent and good distance from neighboring sites, but some of the other sites we noticed there had much less room so choose wisely. The host was friendly and helpful and the toilets were the cleanest I've ever been to that didn't have running water. Firewood can be purchased anytime without a lock box. A short hike down the mountain gets you to a trail that leads to the lake. Bring warm weather gear because the nights are cold.

Great experience. Sites are perfectly spaced apart, well-kept and grounds are very quiet. Great picnic table with an awesome fire pit with grill. All around great experience. It was perfect for my needs. Note: Not all loops are updated. Check pics on site to see site before booking.
