What Guests Are Saying
Jumbo Campground is a beautiful and well-maintained site with friendly hosts and stunning scenery, making it a favorite for campers. Visitors appreciate the clean facilities, ample hiking trails, and nearby lakes for fishing and exploring. While there are some concerns about the odor from the vault toilets and limited food options, the overall experience is positive, with many guests eager to return.

The camp sites are just wonderful. Wide, private, just wonderful. The "F" part is the out houses. I don't know when they are ever emptied and they smell so bad we cannot use them. The camp hosts work to keep the area clean, but when they are full of human waste, there isn't much they can do.

Host couples Kim and Ken, and Jim and Bunny were great!!!
This was our first experience camping on the Mesa; and it exceeded our expectations.
Wife and I our flat landers from Illinois and loved the Crag Crest East hike. Excellent views!!!
Only issue: A missing fire high temp glove. I left on camp table overnight and an animal of some type hauled it off to re-design it's crib.

We were driving a 34 ft Motorhome and the site was plenty big, there were a number of sites we could have used but the one we got was outstanding. Beautiful forest location adjacent to a number of lakes. Great trails around many of the lakes. Hidden lake was worth the trip.
