Very nice campground but probably will not return because you cannot unload an ATV or UTV and drive out to play. Not a good policy for those with toy haulers or off road toys so they should not promote the off road trails.

Park is nestled among pines & aspens, 3 beautiful lakes within walking distance. Clean bath houses, great camp hosts. Very peaceful location for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or just sitting back and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Went in late July, 2019. It's a nice campground with beautiful views along the drive back and forth from I-70. But it's a long enough drive that you'd rather be up there the entire time of your visit than going back and forth to other destinations. The bugs were crazy when we were there - almost not worth it and I wouldn't stay there again just for that reason. We camp at different places in Colorado every summer, and this was definitely the buggiest.
