Campsite is excellent - easy access to two different restrooms. Shaded. Good location for exploring both Monarch Lake & trails as well as Lake Granby & trails. Highly recommend the drive to take a morning walk around Monarch Lake!

Camp hosts were incredibly kind and the vault toilets were always clean. The Roaring Fork loop is stunning. Some sites right on the water and a couple of sites right on the Roaring Fork Creek as it heads into the bay.

We enjoyed our three night stay in site 17. Our friends were in 16. We had plenty of room, our 27 ft fifth wheel fit with no problems. The site was pretty level too. The bathrooms were kept clean by the camper hosts.
Other campers didn't have great camping etiquette and would walk through site 16 to get to the bathroom. There was one camper who ran his generator from 8 am to 8 pm. That was a little annoying.

Arapaho Bay is a beautiful area. The campground is well equipped and our loop, the Moraine Loop was very well maintained by the campground host. Our only issue was the closeness of the sites. We were in site 42 and there were about 5 sites there that were extremely close together. The parking area for the site to our south was only about 10 feet or so from where our popup trailer was sitting.
