We try to go here every year for a few days. We are not fisherman. We go to golf. Campimg and golfing. The Fox acres course is beautiful.

The restrooms were dirty. We were there four nights and the restrooms were never cleaned; only the toilet paper replenished. Too bad. In the past, the camp host took pride in how clean the restrooms were.

We really liked Bellaire lake. The road in from the north is dirt/gravel but graded well. It's wide and very easy to drive. We left to the south and didn't have the same experience. That road was reminiscent of the Jeep trails in Ouray. We would come and go from Red Feather Lakes Rd in the future. There is no water for your RV and no dump...Bring water and dump when you arrive at your next CG. We stayed in sites 6&7, they were level and mostly gravel with some dirt. The camp host was attentive and polite. We had great success with AT&T. We would stay here again for sure.

We had site 17. Very level, clean and spacious. Sites are spaced apart really well so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. Short walk to the lake to fish. Lake has a nice path to walk around. Saw Moose walking thru the CG in the mornings. There is some scarring from the fire around the campground but everything is coming back nicely. Some big trees remain and many smaller ones are coming up. Bathrooms have ceramic toilets with FLUSH capability and a sink with running water to wash hands (nice!). Staff who supervise the CG are really nice and work hard to make sure everyone is comfy. Short drive to the Pot Belly Restaurant if you want a break for a nice hot meal and fresh pie.

Sites are large and far apart. Nice tables and fire pits. The pit toilets are clean conveniently located. The lake is beautiful and full of hungry fish.
