Talk to the camp host a little real nice guy. Camp spots were very clean and maintained. Restrooms were excellent well kept even smelled good. My only criticism is between Bellaire, west lake and dowdy lake theres no dump. Had to go to Loves on I 25 everything in between was just overpriced. Also there’s water but didn’t smell good had orange tint another roaming host i talked to said water wasn't used enough and just sits in the tank.Bring all the water you think you might need.

Campsite was full of weeds. Tent pads and walkways to tent pads were overgrown with weeds. Trash was strewn around the area when we arrived. Empty pop cans and empty water bottles could be found in the weeds. The campsite looked liked no one had tended to it all summer! What a disappointment.

The spot was nice and we had a lovely stay. Flushing toilets were great. Wish there was a water hose hookup for potable water. We found a spicket water, but it had chunks of things floating in the water. Road to location was a little scary at first, but was well maintained and caused no issues.

The hosts never checked in or gave us our parking pass during the visit. The campground is always beautiful! We always enjoy our stay!

The scenery was beautiful! There is some great fishing in the lake! We enjoyed the near by hikes and appreciated that the campsites were a little more spread out where we were camping. Highly recommend it!

Quiet and clean but no shade. Fantastic for stargazing at night!
