Best campground hosts EVER!!! They were super friendly and kept the campgrounds super clean. Those were honestly the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen camping. Thanks for everything!

Our family was very happy during our stay at Dowdy Lake. The site was perfect for our medium sized camper. Clean, level pad, working electric, tall fire pit, and picnic table. The restroom was very clean, even had a cinnamon diffuser that my wife and daughter appreciated. Mark, one of the hosts stopped by and gave us tips for catching crawdads in the lake and parking info nearby. He was very friendly and a high point of the campground. We will be back. Thanks

Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff. The website worked without a glitch. We stayed in one of the 'hike-in" sites that get you fairly close to the water. The views were wonderful. Grandkids had a great time paddleboarding and playing on the rocks.

From Fort Collins, take Highway 287 north for approximately 24 miles to Livermore. Turn west on County Road 74 and continue about 23 miles to Dowdy Lake Road. Turn right, then another right onto Dowdy Drive and continue to the campground.
