Green Ridge Campground is highly praised for its friendly hosts, especially Gary and Terry, who provide excellent service and assistance. I paid a double reservation fee due to your difficult website. Still not happy about it. I'm on a fixed income and every penny counts

Everything was great as usual, except the smell coming from the running water bathrooms. Almost like the septic was backed up.

Smaller campground. Far enough from US-34 to not hear road noise. Good location along Shadow Mountain Lake, but not the most interesting shoreline access. Bathroom facilities are kept up ok.

This campground was completely crowded. The campsites were too close together and very difficult to get our campers pulled in to. There was a septic smell from the outhouse that we could smell all weekend and too much partying on the lake for us. We were looking for a relaxing getaway in the mountains but did not find it at Greenridge

The camp host was horrible. Three small kids and her boyfriend should really be doing something else for a living. The camp host in my experience is there to make the camping as good as it can be. Please look into this camp host as others have also shared their concerns

Beware! If you’ve camped in this area before, Land & Leisure is running our campgrounds now and you are only allowed a maximum of 7 nights in this campground each year!
So guess what? We were there last summer in August and the campground was only 10% used because of this new rule.

Lots of good fishing, but hosts weren't the best.
