What Guests Are Saying
Narrows Campground offers a beautiful setting next to a relaxing river, with well-maintained and clean facilities, including restrooms and bear-proof food lockers. While some sites lack shade, they are spaced well for privacy and have great access to fishing and hiking. However, issues with unclear reservation signage and occasional pest problems have been noted, but overall, visitors look forward to returning for the enjoyable camping experience.

The campground is beautiful. The only negative was the layout of our campsite the table and fire ring were all on the wrong side of our trailer.

Great time to visit this spot! Super easy to access, lots of open space. The rushing river drowned out any sound from the highway. Really beautiful spot!

Amazing spacious spot! Amazing view, the only down side would be the limited parking, but the uppers narrows has a bigger parking space for additional cars!

This campground overlooks the Cache la Poudre river which made all the difference in our experience here. You can hear the murmur of the water at night, and you can wade in the river during the day. The vault toilets were impeccable! It is a short drive to the Young Gulch trailhead, which was a really nice hike -- several creek crossings over logs/ stone hopping/ or a bridge. We would definitely come back to this campground again.

We had a great time by the water's edge. Saw a small rattler, so watch where you step!
