We loved our site. We stayed at walk in site #6, it was private yet close to the bathrooms and parking lot. The bear lockers are awesome we fit two coolers and two storage bins and had space left for more. The site was very clean. No cel service we had both At&t and T-Mobile and nothing. Also, it's very much worth it to get the passes for Brainard Lake Rec Area if you are planning to kayak like we did. My husband and I will definitely be back!

Gorgeous place to camp! Most sites are nicely spaced, and the forest is healthy and lush here. Campground is very clean. Thank you

This is among our top 5 favorite places we've ever camped. The campground was well kept. Pit toilets were the cleanest I've ever seen in a national forest campground. The campsites were immaculate and it was quiet and beautiful. I loved that we could get campfire wood right there without paying an exorbitant amount for it like so many other parks. THANKS! to all the workers that made this campground so wonderful for us.

Very nice campground. The sites were all level and well maintained. Very clean too. The East loop (near the walk in sites) does have a lot of downed trees which need to be cleaned up. Bathrooms were clean, but I could smell the bathroom when I was in site #36. I also stayed in #24 and didn't smell anything. It was very peaceful and quiet. Trails to the lake are convenient.

Sites were very clean and well kept. Bathrooms were kept clean. Firewood was available. Close to day use parking and many trails. Liked that we could bring our dog on hikes unlike at RMNP. Barbacue grills were very clean and Fire ring was very deep so we didn't have to worry too much aobut sparks getting out.
