What Guests Are Saying
Williams Creek Campground offers a beautiful and clean camping experience, with friendly hosts who maintain immaculate facilities, including the cleanest vault toilets many have ever encountered. Guests appreciate the serene atmosphere, stunning mountain views, and proximity to outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and kayaking. While some mentioned minor issues like uneven picnic tables and road conditions, the overall consensus is that the campground is well-managed and a favorite destination for repeat visitors.

We had a really great time, great trail walks, awesome camp hosts. Eeally easy to find for as far out of Pagosa Springs as it is. We found a few other sites in the Williams Creek Campground that we liked better than the one we were in just by driving around. We will be back.

The campsites are well maintained and the views from most of them are spectacular. End of season opportunities are great -- quiet and cooler. Few campers after Labor Day.

We have been going to Williams Creek every year for some time now. While we enjoyed our stay there we were very disappointed in the way that the Thistle has been allowed to take over up there. We were in campsite 3 and the trail over to the restrooms was completely overgrown with this invasive weed as was the area surrounding the campsite. Something needs to be done to get rid of these before the whole campground is inundated as the spores from the weed were being spread on the wind throughout the campground.

The campground was clean, lots of room at our campsite and right above the creek.
